Founder CEO 

William Ramos

Will was born in the south bronx and raised 
in the  Kingsbridge 
/ Fordham Rd section of the Bronx, 
NYC, his musical journey began 
when he attended a block party 
organized by his neighbor the 
legendary DJ Breakbeat Lou,
 co-founder of Ultimate Breaks & Beats. 

From 1993 to 1998, 

Will showcased his DJ skills at NYC’s iconic

 Webster Hall playing open format and

 classic tracks, captivating a diverse 

crowd of hipsters. 

In 1998, Will embarked on an internship 

at Big East Ent. Group Inc., a 

prominent entertainment company.

 One of their subsidiary labels was 

the legendary indie label B-Boy Records,

 home to OG, artists such as

 KRS 1, JVC Force  Sparky dee,

 Grand Master Caz, and others.

 Will’s dedication and expertise 

quickly propelled him from an intern to 

a paid position as a studio manager. 

He excelled in various roles, including 

marketing and promotion, intellectual 

property management, and identifying 

instances of unauthorized sampling 

within the labels catalog

eventually, he rose through the 

ranks to become the President 

of the company

after the passing of the original 

owner, Ira Jack Allen.

B- Boy had a catalog of pioneering

 older artist but nothing new. 
Following the unfortunate passing 

of Milton Turner, the CFO Will made 

the difficult decision to leave his position 

at B-Boy Records. 
In 2011, Will, was contracted to be 

an assistant to Tim Olphie, the CEO of VIBE 

Records, a pioneering publicly traded independent 

record label based in Nevada. 

At VIBE, Will showcased his versatility

 by creating impactful marketing materials, 

including radio one-sheets electronic 

press kits  (E.P.Ks), for various 

artists  including former

 Teror Squad artist Tony Sunshine the late 

Big pun’s singing protege

Additionally, Will handled marketing 

responsibilities for Off The Hook Models, 

a subsidiary of VIBE Records.

 In 2012, Will founded Big Willie Ent. Group Inc.,

 a Delaware corporation focused on 

artist development & promoting nightclubs 

in NYC. More information about

three decades of his life to the

 behind the scenes making his passion

Hennessy Carolina (Cardi B’s sister),
 and Bianca (the rapper behind 
“Chicken Noodle Soup” and a Love & Hip Hop star).

Greg Lawrence started his musical journey at 18 years
old playing bass with his child hood friend hip hops
first Super Producer the late Larry Smith, credits
RUN DMC WHOODINI, FLASH, FAT BOYS,
Jimmy Spicer, Kurtis Blow Orange crush & others. In 1985 Greg and his lawyer a brilliant investor formed
PRO JAM Recording Studio Located on
sugar hill 145 & Amsterdam
NY NY For 12 years Greg, served hip-hops
finest from THE LOX Big L, to DMX, Buck Wild
DJ S&S, DJ Doowop, & an array of other
notable rappers musicians DJs & artist. From 1996 till present Greg has held a Position
at RUFF RYDER Recording studio. In 2015 Greg founded GEES, ROOM,
RECORDING, With clients like
Murda Mook Uncle Murda & other notable
musicians singers & rappers. Greg, has created archives of
remarkable memories & milestones
in 40 + years of working in HipHop culture.
