Solution
WEB 3 BLOCKCHAIN DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY

NFTs are transforming the music industry by empowering artists to create and sell unique digital collectibles. These NFTs represent exclusive, non-replicable digital items—such as songs, albums, artwork, or special experiences—that fans can truly own and cherish. Our MVP focuses solely on collectible NFTs that provide cultural and fan engagement value, without representing investment contracts, ownership in music rights, or revenue shares. Artists set their own prices and receive direct revenue from sales, supporting their creativity and connection with fans. Blockchain technology ensures transparent recording of ownership and provenance, enhancing trust and authenticity. Our goal is to build a compliant, innovative marketplace that celebrates music and community through collectible digital assets.

DIGITAL ASSETS / ROYALTY SHARES

MUSIC STOCK

The digital assets available on our platform include collectible NFTs offered in our MVP phase, which are not securities. In the future, GLBD plans to offer tokenized music royalty shares as securities, to be offered in accordance with Regulation A under the Securities Act of 1933. Prior to any purchase of these securities, investors will receive comprehensive disclosures regarding royalty shares, supported by the protections of both state and federal securities regulations.

nft's as a music digital
asset

Music NFTs are digital collectibles that give fans access to special content—like songs, albums, concert recordings, or digital artwork. When someone owns a music NFT, they hold a unique, verifiable digital item—similar to having a rare poster or exclusive album edition. These NFTs are designed to enhance fan experiences, not as investments or shares. Their value comes from things like artist popularity, rarity, and what they mean to fans—not from financial gain or ownership of the music itself.

MUsic royalty shares,
tokenized
music stock

GLBD plans to offer tokenized digital assets representing fractional rights to music royalties, in full compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations. These token offerings will be made only after obtaining the necessary SEC registration, qualification, or exemption, and will include all required disclosures and investor protections. The value of these tokens may be influenced by factors such as the commercial performance of the music and market demand for royalty interests. GLBD is committed to transparency, legal compliance, and protecting the interests of all participants in any future tokenized royalty offerings.

      KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

“THE MORE YOU KNOW THE MORE YOU GROW”

Below are some of the traditional norms of artist musician

compensation Pre  leveraging of Blockchain technology.

            These traditional payment methods

            have long been the primary

sources of income of artists and musicians in the music industry.

            However, they are often criticized

for

their complexity, lack of transparency, and inequitable

            distribution of revenue.

The emergence of blockchain technology offers the potential to address some of

these issues and revolutionize how artists are paid for their work.

.

  1. Mechanical Royalties:

    • Mechanical royalties are earned when a musical composition is reproduced or distributed.
    • This typically includes sales of physical copies (e.g., CDs, vinyl records) and digital downloads.
    • For example, every time a CD is sold or
    •  a song is downloaded from a digital music store, the
    • songwriter and publisher are entitled to mechanical royalties. These royalties
    • are set by law and
    • are paid to the copyright owner of the musical composition.
  2. Performance Royalties:

    • Performance royalties are earned when a musical composition is performed or played publicly.
    • This includes performances on radio, television, live concerts, streaming services, and even in
    • businesses like restaurants and shops. Performance rights organizations
    • (PROs) like ASCAP, BMI,
    • and SESAC collect these royalties on behalf of songwriters and publishers
    • and distribute them accordingly.
  3. Synchronization (Sync) Royalties:

    • Sync royalties are earned when a musical composition is synchronized with visual media such as movies,
    • TV shows, commercials, video games, and online videos. The songwriter, publisher, and sometimes the
    •  performer are compensated for the
    • use of their music in these contexts. Sync licensing agreements
    • dictate the terms of use and compensation.
  4. Print Music Royalties:

    • Print music royalties are earned
    •  when sheet music or musical scores
    • are sold or distributed.
    • Songwriters and music publishers receive royalties when their compositions are printed and
    • sold in books, magazines, or individual sheet music.
  5. Streaming Royalties:

    • Streaming royalties are earned when music is streamed on digital platforms like Spotify,
    • Apple Music, and YouTube. These royalties are typically divided among the rights holders,
    • including songwriters, performers, and record labels. The exact payment structure can
    • vary widely depending on factors like the platform’s subscription model, user engagement,
    • and territory.
  6. Broadcast Royalties:

    • Broadcast royalties are earned when music is broadcast on traditional radio and
    • television stations. These royalties are collected and distributed by PROs based on
    •  performance data provided by broadcasters.
  7. Interactive Streaming Royalties:

    • Interactive streaming royalties are earned from on-demand streaming services like
    •  Spotify Premium and Apple Music. These services allow users to choose which
    • songs they want to listen to, and royalties are paid based on the number of streams or plays.

      8. Music Publishing

Music publishing involves the  management and exploitation of

         musical

          compositions.

It includes tasks like administering copyrights, collecting royalties, and licensing

          compositions for various uses.

     9. Licensing

Licensing is the process of granting  permission for the use of musical

          compositions in

          exchange for fees or royalties.

          Types of licenses include mechanical

          licenses (for reproduction

distribution),performanceicenses fopublic performances), and synchronization licenses

        (for use in visual media).
